Crow’s Nest Motorcycle Shop is a mechanic-owned shop. There is only one mechanic, and he owns the shop. He wants work done right, and doing it himself is how he knows it’s done right. You get to work directly with him on your job, from initial consult to work plan to parts acquisition and completion. He is very knowledgeable but encourages customer input, is genuine with fair pricing.

Owner William McLoughlin Jr. has been repairing, rebuilding, racing and restoring Harley-Davidson motorcycles for over three decades. Like many others, he started wrenching on flat head side valves in the family back yard. After serving in the USMC Infantry, MOS0341 Motarman, he was off to Harley-Davidson school for more knowledge. His first job after was at Cycle Craft Harley-Davidson in Everett, MA. and later with independent shops in FL, CA and MA. In 2018, Billy opened Crow’s Nest Cycle Shop in convenient downtown Westborough, Mass., to offer Central Mass. motorcyclists high quality work at fair rates, and always with integrity and customer satisfaction in mind first and foremost.
